Why We Exist
The agriculture sector is on the frontline of the climate crisis. Farmers especially smallholders in the Global South are experiencing increasingly frequent floods, droughts, pests, and shifting growing seasons. Yet these very farmers are responsible for producing a significant share of the world’s food. Their vulnerability poses risks not only to local communities but also to global food supply chains.
Meanwhile, corporates and investors face growing pressure to demonstrate that their CSR and sustainability efforts are:
